Can I use the importer without WP-Lister?

You need to install at least the free version of WP-Lister first and connect it to your eBay account. 

If you don’t want to use WP-Lister to manage your products, you can remove both plugins when the import is done and you will have a copy of your eBay store in WooCommerce.
