How to Receive Support?
At WP Lab we do our best to provide our customers with accurate and detailed responses within 24 hours Monday-Friday. All support is provided through a ticket system via email. You can submit a ticket through email or here:

Please make sure your tickets are in English as our support is only offered in English. If you have multiple questions, please create 1 ticket for each issue / topic. Do not send a ticket about multiple topics or mix bug reports and feature requests as this will slow down the response time.
If your ticket applies to 3rd party plugin integration expect the response to take longer than 24 hours as these requests require more time to diagnose than a standard support ticket.
You can contact us through live chat by visiting http://www.wplab.com/ and clicking the blue circle in the bottom right corner of the site labeled with a conversation box. This will open a window with suggested topics. You can also click the "Ask" link on the top. If a live chat agent is available, you will see a live chat option. If a live chat agent is not available, you can still send us a message.
