eBay Fees Appear in WP-Lister But Disappear After Publishing

I see a listing fee on the listings page after verifying a listing but I receive free listings every month. Why is WP-Lister showing a listing fee?

Unfortunately this is the way that eBay handles free listings with a 3rd party plugin. eBay doesn't take free listings into account when you have verified the listing. This is simply because it has not been listed to eBay yet. You could have 500 verified listings, but technically they wouldn't be published yet so eBay won't give you the free listing until the listing is actually published. You see a fee, but when you publish it, no fee is incurred.
